The Problem

Every year, thousands of veterans return home to face challenges that don’t end when their service does — unemployment, health struggles, isolation, and financial hardship. Too often, the organizations working to help them are stretched thin, under-resourced, and unable to reach everyone who needs support.

American Patriot Fund was founded to close that gap.
