We fund the organizations doing the hands-on work of caring for those who served — supporting programs in veterans’ health, education, and community well-being — while building the capacity to provide direct assistance to veterans in need.
The Problem
Service ends. The challenges often don’t
Every year, thousands of veterans return home to face challenges that don’t end when their service does — unemployment, health struggles, isolation, and financial hardship. Too often, the organizations working to help them are stretched thin, under-resourced, and unable to reach everyone who needs support.
American Patriot Fund was founded to close that gap.
What We Do
Grantmaking We identify and fund established organizations doing effective, on-the-ground work for veterans — supporting programs in health, education, housing, and community well-being.
Community & Connection Beyond funding, we’re developing programs that bring veterans together — because recovery and resilience happen in community, not isolation.
